BIDDER REGISTRATION
All bidders must be registered to participate in the auction . If you've registered in a previous auction, your E Mail address and password are still active, you need not re-register.
In order to ensure legitimate auction participation, all new bidders must register with a valid credit card. Payments for lots won in an auction do not have to be charged to the credit card, but the credit card helps to protect our valued customers from bidder fraud. All bidder registration information is protected on a remote, encrypted server and is strictly confidential.
To register, simply enter the " Register " page
and enter the information requested. Full bidder information
must be entered (including a valid credit card number) in order for your registration to be accepted.
You will also be asked for a " User Name ". The user name allows the bidder to have E Mail address anonymity. We reserve the right to reject any User Name which we feel is either offensive or inappropriate. In such cases, we will either change the screen name to a more appropriate moniker or, if repeat offenses occur, delete the bids and refuse further bids from the offender.

auction home page. Please log in at the top of the home page, and you may now proceed to bid in the auction!
BIDDING
All bids must be placed directly from the web
page by Registered Users - E Mail bids are not accepted at any time. All items listed in the
auction have Minimum Bids. All bids, either the Minimum Bid or the current
high bid must be raised by the minimum "Next Bid" price listed on the
listing page.
Maximum Bids may be entered
for items. We will automatically raise your bid against any competing bid
by the next bid increment until your bid is unchallenged, or until your
Maximum Bid has
been exceeded by a competing bid. Maximum Bids are for ease of bidding, and for setting your own personal Maximum Bid for an item. All Maximum Bids are strictly confidential and are NEVER revealed to other bidders .
All bids are considered binding, and no bid (or Maximum Bid) will be removed at any time. Please bid within your budget.
BUY IT NOW
Certain lots in the auction will be posted with a "Buy It Now" fixed priced. This price is a set price that this lot can be purchased directly for. Several rules apply to "Buy It Now" fixed prices:
1) "Buy It Now" price is firm.
2) "Buy It Now" price is only available on each lot until it has been purchased or until it has had a single auction bid placed on it. Once a bid has been placed, the "Buy It Now" price will no longer be available for that lot, and the lot will revert to an auction-only format.
3) Once an item has been purchased with a 'Buy It Now" price, it will be removed from the auction and will not be available to be bid upon or purchased by other bidders.
4) All items purchased via "Buy It Now" must be made by Registered Bidders. If you are a Registered Bidder, you can only make a "Buy It Now" purchase when logged into the auction with your username and password. If you are not a Registered Bidder, you must register and log in to place "Buy It Now" purchases.
5) You may purchase as many "Buy It Now" items as you wish at one time, but your order must be checked out and payment method (credit card on file or Paypal payment) completed at the time of check out for order to be valid. All credit card payments will be charged at the time of completion and shipped within 1 business day.
6) All "Buy It Now" orders will have a shipping price applied (see SHIPPING Below).
7) "Buy It Now" orders cannot be combined with auction bid orders. All "Buy It Now" orders will be charged a separate shipping charge and shipped independent of auction orders.
8) "Buy It Now" orders may be completed at any time during the course of the auction.
9) All "Buy It Now" orders will be confirmed by return email within 24 hours of being placed. If you have not received a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please contact us by email to check your order status.
AUCTION UPDATES
Registered Bidders participating in the auction
can access the " Your Auction
Bids" feature which will list all of the items for which you are the high bidder
as well as all the items you've bid on from the beginning of the auction.
NEW - WATCH LIST - Registered Bidders participating in the auction can add any item to their WATCH LIST. Once logged in, you can view the current bid status of any item you have bid on or added to your WATCH list in the "Items I'm Watching".
Bidding Updates will be E mailed to
all customers.
PRICES
All prices are listed in U.S. Currency.
As all items are offered from our personal inventory (and not on consignment), we do not charge a Buyer's Premium on any items won in the auction.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept payment by Money Order and/or check.
All winning bidders are notified via E Mail of their auction winnings within 24 hours of the close of the auction. All winnings will be charged to the credit card listed on file of the Registered User's account, unless we are notified by telephone or E Mail within 72 hours of the auction close.
Payments via Money Order /Check must be received within 10 days of the auction close. If payment is not received, nor correspondence regarding any delays, we will consider the item(s) forfeited, and we will attempt to notify the previous bidder.

All items are shipped via DHL Express Courier (2-3 business day service) for the following additional charge per order (as many items as you wish at one time for ONE CHARGE ONLY).

All NORTH AMERICAN DESTINATION orders (U.S.A., Canada) UP TO $499 - $20 charge
All INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION orders (all other Countries) UP TO $499 - $25 charge
A valid delivery address must be entered in your bidder registration, or an alternate delivery address must be transmitted to us immediately following the conclusion of the auction.
All items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
